Job overview The Head of Technology and Service Management is the senior operational lead for all live digital and technology services at YAS , holding end‑to‑end accountability for the availability, resilience, safety and performance of technology systems that underpin 999, 111, A&E Ops, PTS and corporate services .

The post holder will act as a deputy to the CDIO for these designated areas at senior internal and external forums and will provide senior leadership continuity where required.
