Brooks Acute Care is a 28 bed unit providing care to medical/surgical patients received from the emergency department, transfer from regional/tertiary facility, home or operating room.
As a member of the CoAct team, the Health Care Aide provides patient centered care according to AHS policies.
You will collaborate with the interdisciplionary team, patient and thier families, providing holistic care, by supporting patients with activities of daily living while optimizing their independence.
