MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS
Education – A Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Performance, Health Promotion, Physical Education, Exercise Physiology, or related field is required.
Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
Experience – Five (5) years relevant experience in a related field.
Licenses & Certification – DPP Healthy Lifestyles Coach preferred, Community Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred, and a current State Educator License is preferred.
