Job Description We're looking for a female Homeless Support Officer who can work with our team to meet the needs of female rough sleepers.
Working alongside the customer to create a support/pathway plan into sustainable housing that includes addressing barriers to rehousing, you will have a passion for supporting people to move on with their lives whilst empowering people to make choices for themselves.
