Housing Officer - Link Worker Pathways Through Care We have an exciting opportunity for a 12 month fixed term Leaving Care Housing Advisor to join Southampton City Council (SCC) in the Pathways Through Care Service.
About the team: The Leaving Care Teams support young adults aged 18-25 in their transition to adulthood and independence.
The Housing Advisor would also be supporting rising 18s in their housing pathways alongside their social worker and Personal Advisor.
