Your role As a HR & Admin Specialist, your mission is to contribute to the ambitious growth of our Fasten business in China.

You will Perform recruitment activities according to business needs, develop and improve the selection process and assessment tools; Work with share service HR team to monitor the salary and relative calculation, IIT claim and payments; Monitor and accurate HR related score card and reports; Support the learning & development activity implementation.
