PERGOLUX Custom Design is growing fast in Poland, and as our HR & Administration Specialist you will be the first on-site People Operations hire for our Bielany Wrocławskie site.
You will own Polish labour-law guidance for local management, run contracts, HR administration and payroll input, build our cooperation with temporary employment agencies ahead of the spring season, and be the Polish-speaking point of contact for employees and authorities.
