Description
STMicroelectronics is seeking a data-driven HR analyst to partner with the HR Analytics team to design an HR reporting and projection tool. You will work on data flows, ingestion pipelines, and data quality to support HR events and forecasting.
You will turn data into actionable insights and develop Power BI dashboards for global HR needs, collaborating with stakeholders across ST locations and ensuring rigorous validation and testing processes.
