The Opening Phare Consulting Group is building a team in Germany, and its first permanent hire there is an HR Generalist who sets up how we recruit and look after people in the country.
You will run hiring for our German positions, prepare contracts with our employment lawyer and our payroll provider, and keep personnel files and working time records in order.
It is a full-time role you do from home, wherever you are in Germany.
