Ethos is seeking experienced HR operations leads to assist an AI lab in training its language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining HR materials across job descriptions, offers, policies, and performance templates.
You will own the end-to-end creation of descriptions, letters, policy drafts, and feedback communications, while maintaining high standards of written craftsmanship for documents and slides.
