SHA Wellness Clinic is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the People & Culture function at SHA Spain in El Albir, Alicante.
This hands-on partner role will align people strategy with operational goals and guest service excellence.
You will lead and develop the local People & Culture team, manage complex employee relations and workforce planning, and ensure a high-performing, guest-focused culture.
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with travel to SHA properties as required.
