The Impact You'll Make

As our HR Project Manager, Operational Excellence, you’ll play a key role in strengthening how we deliver HR services to 20,000 employees across EMEA.

Your impact? You’ll help streamline processes, improve service quality, and support the ongoing digitalization of HR Services to create a smooth, high-quality user experience.

You’ll contribute to our broader HR Services transformation journey. You’ll help bring our roadmap to life by driving the implementation of a document management system in 30 countries, supporting M&A activities and managing the transition of country activities into our centralized service operating model.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across HR, IT, and the business, taking ownership of projects and improvement initiatives that help us move towards a more efficient and user-focused future.

You will be reporting to the Head of our EMEA Service Center and become part of a team of talented and dedicated HR Professionals located across EMEA.

You are based in Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, or Slovakia. You can either work remotely or from one of our offices: Budapest (Hungary), Grodzisk Mazowiecki, (Poland), Ljubljana, (Slovenia) or Povazska Bystrica (Slovakia).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver on our HR Services EMEA roadmap, focusing on our operating model, continuous improvement, and user experience.
  • Plan and manage multiple projects of different sizes (e.g. system implementations, transitions and M&A activities), keeping stakeholders engaged and progress on track.
  • Support the implementation of global HR processes and initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and strong adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization and help bring practical improvements to life.
  • Analyze service quality and productivity trends, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize the use of ServiceNow.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally gained in an international shared services environment.
  • Experience from a similar role, with a proven ability to manage projects, streamline HR processes and drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives
  • Strong experience with HR request systems, especially ServiceNow.
  • Excellent English language skills and the ability to communicate clearly across cultures and stakeholder groups.
  • A self-driven, pragmatic mindset with strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
