Reporting directly to the Corporate CPO, the HR Tech & Automation Leader will play a key role in the company’s global HR transformation, helping evolve HR towards a more digital, automated and data-driven operating model.
With a strong functional focus, the role will lead the evolution and international rollouts of SAP SuccessFactors, drive the end-to-end transformation of Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes, and accelerate the automation and digitalization of HR processes across countries.
