SIGN ON BONUS - $3,000 We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with HVAC expertise to join our Team!
This position will perform maintenance on repair on all Heating and Cooling systems in the Seabury buildings.
As needed will perform other facilities duties of repair.
Works with facilities management staff to perform larger projects as needed.
Position requires in depth knowledge of facility and its maintenance needs.
Full-Time: 40 hrs/wk; Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.
