Job Description Job Description Licensed HVAC Technician Department: Administration Job Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Non-exempt Reports To: Maintenance Manager Grade/Level: Licensed Technical Position Amount of Travel Required: 75% Work Schedule: Positions Supervised: Facilities technician 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday- Friday.
However, adjustments in schedule, travel, after-hours response, or additional hours may be required to complete duties or respond to urgent facility needs.
