Ford Credit in Madrid is seeking an IT Business Planner to own and improve the IT governance framework across Europe, harmonising UK, Spain and Germany sites and shared services.

You will drive governance, delivery discipline, and IT risk reporting to executives.

The role coordinates incident reporting, KPI tracking, and project activities, liaising with business and IT partners, and managing outsourcing SLAs/KPIs while advancing lifecycle delivery and transformation initiatives.
