I.T Operations Supervisor

•    Oversee the company's IT systems and ensure they operate reliably.•    Monitor and maintain computer systems, software, networks and related technical equipment.•    Support the operation and maintenance of CCTV, access-control systems and other security technology, where applicable.•    Identify technical issues, coordinate troubleshooting and arrange repairs or technical support when required.•    Maintain system records, monitor performance and help improve IT procedures and data security.•    Coordinate with management, staff and external IT providers to ensure that technical systems meet the company's operational needs.
