IAM Architect 100% Remote Only W2

Job Title: IAM Architect – SailPoint / ForgeRock / CyberArk
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise IAM architecture and solutions.
• Lead IAM implementation, integration, and deployment projects.
• Configure and manage IAM platforms such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, or CyberArk.
• Develop identity lifecycle management processes, including user provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and access management solutions.
• Design Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes.
• Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide technical guidance to development and security teams.
• Work with stakeholders to define IAM strategies, roadmaps, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:

• SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow (ISC)
• ForgeRock Identity Platform
• CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).Experience with SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.Experience with user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification.Understanding of RBAC, access controls, and identity lifecycle management.Experience with REST APIs and IAM integrations.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and architectural skills.Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform IAM.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or Java scripting.
• Experience with Zero Trust security architecture.
• Relevant IAM certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
