Description

Rayner in Iberia is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial development and ensure sales excellence across Spain and Portugal.

You will lead a team, coach territory managers, and manage key accounts to achieve the region's sales commitments.

Reporting to the General Manager Iberia, you will implement local strategy, stay current on surgical products, and represent Rayner at congresses and events to grow market share in ophthalmology.
