CooperSurgical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager Iberia to lead the fertility commercial organization across Spain and Portugal.
You will coach a team of Account Managers, Equipment & Service specialists, and KAMs to achieve ambitious growth across the Fertility portfolio.
You will develop regional sales strategies, drive adoption of new products, support key account initiatives, and build relationships with clinics and KOLs.
Regular travel within the region is required.
