ICT First Line Support Consultant

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a dedicated consultant to provide first-line support for ICT services at a client site. This consultancy mission will involve working directly with users to resolve their technical issues and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming tickets via phone or the GLPI ticketing system.
• Assist users with common incidents related to office applications and network issues.
• Handle standard requests according to existing procedures, including user creation, PC configuration, and access setup.
• Update the inventory of IT equipment (PCs, phones) based on requests.
• Escalate issues to second-line support when necessary.
