**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Planning, coordination and implementation of the company\-wide rollout of Windows 11

* Carrying out hardware and software compatibility checks

* Supporting users during the changeover and aftercare

* Collaboration with internal departments and external service providers

* Documentation of processes and results

**Ihr Profil**

* Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualifications

* Experience in 1st \& 2nd level support or in the IT support environment

* Confident handling of hardware \& software

* Customer\-oriented communication and high willingness to provide service

* Knowledge of English level C1 necessary, knowledge of German or French level B2 an advantage
