Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer (Okta / CyberArk) - Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $170k – $187k

Pay rate: $82 – $90/hr on C2C Location: Hybrid (Phoenix, AZ – 3 Days On-Site / 2 Days Remote) Duration: 12 Months Engagement: Corp-to-Corp (C2C) Work authorization: USC, GC, GC-EAD Client: Global financial services company (name confidential until shortlisting - standard US staffing practice)

What you will do:

• Implement zero-trust authentication mechanisms and integrate enterprise applications with Okta SSO.
• Onboard sensitive server, database, and domain administrator accounts into CyberArk vaults.
• Meet with local enterprise security compliance officers for bi-weekly audits.

What you will bring:

• 7+ years of IAM engineering focusing on Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Advanced administration of Okta (Workflows, Universal Directory, API Access Management) and CyberArk (EPV, CPM, PVWA).
• Deep understanding of federation protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM provisioning.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell or Python to automate access governance reports.
