In-House Counsel (Junior-Mid) - Corporate & Governance

Gouden Reserves, a Singapore-based company, is seeking a junior-to-mid level in-house lawyer to support legal, governance and transaction functions under the guidance of the Legal Director.

You will prepare and review contracts, assist with acquisitions, disposals and financing transactions, help maintain governance frameworks and coordinate with external advisers across jurisdictions.
