Dynatrace is seeking a Legal Counsel aligned to our Commercial Contracts team, partnering with our Italy and UK Sales teams to structure, negotiate, and accelerate high-value enterprise SaaS agreements.
You will draft, review, and negotiate software licensing and related services, including DPAs, NDAs, and partner agreements, while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and the broader legal team.
Italian fluency is required for effective cross-border contracting.
