Reporting to the Manager, Indigenous Health, the Indigenous Health Coordinator is an integral member of the Indigenous Health Team and plays a key role in supporting Indigenous patients and families as they navigate the healthcare system.
The Coordinator provides culturally responsive navigation, coordination, and practical support to help address barriers to care and improve access to health, social, cultural, and community-based services.
