We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Information Technology Manager to lead our IT department of 12 professionals and drive digital transformation within our manufacturing operations.

This is a pivotal role for a "change agent" who can bridge the gap between complex technology and business results.

You will be responsible for mentoring a high-performing team, ensuring robust cybersecurity, and overseeing critical ERP systems (AS400 & SAP) to keep our production lines moving.
