Infrastructure Engineer - Networking, VoIP & Linux

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong networking and telephony experience, including SIP/VoIP
• Hands-on Linux server support experience and experience using Wireshark
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and confidence working directly with customers
• Full UK driving licence
• Data centre experience is desirable
• Experience supporting PCI-compliant platforms or environments is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot network and VoIP issues
• Support Linux servers
• Deploy new customer solutions
• Maintain business-critical voice, networking and infrastructure
• Work with customers, telecoms providers and technology partners to investigate network traffic, diagnose faults and resolve technical issues using tools such as Wireshark
