The role
We are looking for a IngestOps / Data Operations Specialist to support data ingestion and maintenance processes within a large-scale data platform environment. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining data ingestion pipelines, ensuring reliable data onboarding and smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with technical teams in an Agile environment to troubleshoot issues and support production activities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain data ingestion processes.

• Prepare and test configurations for new data sources.

• Support and maintain existing production data flows.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues.

• Collaborate with development and business teams in an Agile environment.

• Manage configurations and deployments using version control and automation tools.

• Maintain operational documentation and support continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Experience working in IT Operations, Data Operations, or Application Support environments.

• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux systems.

• Experience with SQL and data analysis.

• Hands-on experience with Git and Jenkins.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively in Agile teams.

• Good communication skills and English proficiency.

• Experience with Hadoop, testing, or Python is a plus.
