Location: Remote (Prefer a Michigan candidate)
Contract: 12 months
Schedule: 40 Hours
Pay: $28/hr - $30/hr (DOE)

Instructional Designer | Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in instructional design and project management.
- A portfolio demonstrating web-based training/eLearn examples is required for consideration for this role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to apply instructional design methodologies to develop effective training solutions
- Competency in developing eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond
- Well-developed writing, research, and editing skills, with familiarity in applying standard style guides
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- The Instructional Designer is responsible for applying adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and company standards to create and revise online and classroom training solutions.
- This includes designing engaging learning experiences that meet business and learner needs.
- The designer will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions.
- Execute course development from in-take through launch in the LMS
- Revise, design, and develop eLearn and classroom instructional content
- Launch and test learning content within the LMS
- Generate quarterly reports on itemized training costs for billing purposes
- Strong project management skills are essential for success in this role, which serves as the primary point of contact between.
