Job Description Job Description The Intake & Engagement Worker is a key frontline member of the Safer Pathways Initiative, a collaborative partnership between YWCA Calgary, Calgary Police Services (CPS), and FearIsNotLove (FINL).
This position is responsible for responding to referrals, engaging individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, and providing trauma-informed support to promote safety, stability, and connection to resources.
