Description
Job overview An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Health and Justice service for the role of Reconnect Navigator based within the Black Country to support the strengthening of the female pathway within the service.
Reconnect supports people leaving prison and immigration centres.
We will work with people up to 12 weeks prior to release and up to 6 months after release unless their health needs are met before.
