About the Role

The Supportive Addiction & Mental Health Housing (SAMH) Team works with individuals living in the community who are dealing with significant substance use issues as well as other complexities such as mental health, dual diagnosis, ABI, illness etc.) to enhance their quality of life through the provision of support to housing, support coordination, advocacy, and counselling.
