for the Credit Controller: Take ownership of a portfolio of B2B and B2C accounts, ensuring outstanding balances are actively managed and recovered.

Effectively manage and prioritise daily cases based on value, age, risk, urgency and likelihood of recovery.

Investigate and resolve payment disputes, account queries and discrepancies promptly and accurately.
