Internal Sales Executive

The Role:

• Proactively contacting decorators, interior designers, architects, contractors and distributors to generate new sales opportunities and develop existing customer relationships
• Follow up inbound enquiries and campaign leads, qualifying opportunities and booking appointments for the Field Sales team
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers
• Reconnect with inactive customers and develop new opportunities
• Support customers with sample requests and first orders
• Work closely with the UK Sales and Customer Experience teams to develop the sales pipeline
• Keep Salesforce and SAP updated with customer activity, contacts and opportunities

The Person:

• You don't need years of sales experience. We're looking for drive, personality and the ambition to build a career in sales!
• You could come from: Telesales or lead generation
• Customer service or a call centre environment
• A sales support or commercially focused role
• Another customer-facing role where you've developed strong communication skills
• You'll must be confident speaking to people, comfortable picking up the phone, motivated by targets and keen to learn and develop.
