Investment Banking Intern — M&A & Private Credit

InternSG is seeking a proactive analyst to assist on M&A and Private Credit deals.

You will support due diligence, financial modelling, and market analysis to evaluate potential investments.

You will collaborate with the investment team, prepare client-facing pitch materials, and help structure transactions across corporate finance solutions, including debt instruments and equity opportunities.

Strong academic background and past internships required.
