Requirements
- Good general standard of education, including Maths and English (GCSE A–C or equivalent). Relevant IT qualification desirable, such as CompTIA A, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or ITIL Foundation. Experience in a desktop support, field support, IT technician or second-line IT role.
