IT M&A Transaction Manager Basel, Switzerland Hybrid Working Policy The IT M&A Transaction Manager leads the end-to-end execution of IT deal activities for mergers, acquisitions, and carve-outs-from initial due diligence through Day 1 readiness, integration, separation, and TSA exits.
Working cross-functionally with stakeholders, experts, and vendors, the role protects business continuity, manages deal risks, and builds scalable IT M&A playbooks to accelerate value realization.
