IT Operations Specialist

• Rate: up to 135 PLN/H net + VAT, B2B

• Location: Gdańsk/Gdynia/Warsaw/Łódź - hybrid

Main tasks:
As part of the operations team, you will be responsible for:

• Supported Release Management in delivering software to the production environment.

• Monitored, investigated, and resolved issues in the production environment.

• Managed incidents and performed root cause analysis.

• Acted as Level 2 support for incident handling.

Key requirements:

• Docker

• Kubernetes

• Jenkins

• Github/Bitbucket

• Kafka experience

• SQL understanding

• Authentication and authorization (LDAP, Kerberos, JWT)

• Cryptography (OpenSSL, keytool)

• Secure communication (HTTPS)

• Logging (Splunk)

• Metrics, monitoring, and alerting (Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana)

• Microservice architecture

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• PostgreSQL experience
