Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT Product Manager based in the United States.
The IT Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of technology solutions that support business objectives and enhance stakeholder and customer experiences. Working at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and digital transformation, you will identify organizational needs and translate them into impactful product initiatives. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring priorities reflect business value and stakeholder expectations. In close collaboration with business leaders, sales teams, technical specialists, and strategic partners, you will guide cross-functional teams through product design, development, and launch. You will also use market research, customer feedback, and performance insights to identify opportunities and manage implementation risks. This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to influence technology investments, accelerate product delivery, and drive meaningful improvements in a collaborative, Agile environment.
Accountabilities

Research customer needs, market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities for new technology solutions and product enhancements.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales leadership, business leaders, customers, strategic partners, and technical teams, to establish priorities and maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals, business needs, and digital transformation initiatives.

Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing initiatives according to business value, stakeholder requirements, and strategic objectives.

Participate in Agile planning activities and work with cross-functional teams to coordinate product development, feature delivery, and launches.

Leverage continuous delivery practices to improve release speed, predictability, and the consistent delivery of value.

Identify product, technical, and implementation risks, developing mitigation strategies to support successful delivery and adoption.

Gather, analyze, and incorporate customer feedback to improve product functionality, usability, and overall customer satisfaction.

Build strong relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to support collaboration, informed decision-making, and long-term product success.

Use product management tools and Agile methodologies to track progress, manage priorities, and support iterative development.

Exercise independent judgment and discretion when making product decisions, resolving competing priorities, and recommending technology investments.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 5 years of product management experience within technical and professional customer service environments.

Hands-on technical experience working with Salesforce.

Demonstrated experience engaging strategic partners, developing strong relationships, and coordinating initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency with product management tools and software, including Azure DevOps (ADO), and experience applying Agile methodologies.

In-depth understanding of technical and professional customer service operations and the technology solutions that support them.

Proven ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to exercise sound independent judgment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to understanding stakeholder needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

Experience working in an Agile environment with an emphasis on iterative product development and continuous improvement.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.

Ability to travel by air and ground as required and comply with applicable driver eligibility requirements. Employment eligibility will be verified through a motor vehicle record check in accordance with applicable laws.

Annual salary range: $100,000–$125,000 USD for the US remote position. The final offer depends on factors such as experience, education, location, and applicable local requirements.
