IT Project Manager must be capable of providing sound judgment in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate must thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, demonstrating a strong ability to manage constant shifts in priorities while leading teams with empathy and assertiveness.

What will your challenges be?

• Project Lifecycle Management: Analyze, plan, and define requirements for IT projects, ensuring compliance with high-quality standards.

• Financial Control: Rigorous management and control of assigned project budgets, ensuring resource optimization and the achievement of financial goals.

• Leadership & People Management: Lead technical teams with strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the team is aligned with business objectives.

• Informed Decision-Making: Evaluate complex scenarios and provide solid criteria based on data and experience to unblock projects and propose effective solutions.

• Strategic Adaptability: Ability to pivot and switch focus agilely when business strategy or company priorities shift, maintaining operational efficiency.

• Partner Management: Act as a strategic liaison with external technology partners, overseeing the development of key business applications.

• Gap Detection: Proactively identify opportunities for technological improvement across corporate and business areas.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Experience: 3+ years in IT project management, preferably in fast-changing or dynamic environments.

• Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple workflows in a structured and methodical manner.

• Languages: English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate).

• Hard Skills: Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, or Agile frameworks like Scrum/Kanban).

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent people skills, negotiation capabilities, and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
