Job Description We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate TSA carve-out and IT separation activities as part of a complex business divestiture or transformation program.
The role will be responsible for managing the separation and transition of applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, vendors, and IT services from the existing environment into a standalone target setup, while ensuring business continuity and successful TSA exit.
