Salary: £15,000 - 18,000 per year

Requirements

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their IT career, with either some early experience in IT support, service desk or helpdesk, or a relevant IT/Computing qualification.

We would ideally like around a years experience in IT service desk, helpdesk or IT support, although potential and aptitude also matter.

We need a basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting principles.

We need confidence using Microsoft 365 applications.
