Salary: £27,000 - 28,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role would be desirable
  • Experience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft 365
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Great communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Experience working with ticketing systems
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests
  • A desire to bring ideas and challenge existing processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune would be great
  • Experience with Entra ID / Active Directory would be great
  • Experience with SharePoint would be great
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 or Business Central would be great
  • ITIL or Microsoft certifications would be great
Responsibilities:
  • Providing first line IT support to colleagues across the business, both in-person and remotely
  • Managing and progressing support tickets through to resolution
  • Supporting Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions and access requests
  • Administering joiners, movers and leavers processes
  • Preparing and configuring laptops, mobile devices and IT equipment
  • Supporting device management through Microsoft Intune
  • Assisting with Dynamics 365, Business Central and other business applications
  • Maintaining asset registers, licence records and IT documentation
  • Helping to keep our systems secure and compliant
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and user experience

We are looking for a proactive, customer focused IT Support Administrator to join our friendly IT Team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people and making technology work smoothly behind the scenes. We provide first-line technical support and day-to-day IT administration for our employees, and the role helps progress support requests through to resolution or effective escalation, administer users and devices, maintain accurate records, and keep IT services secure, available and well documented. The role is based in Berwick, East Sussex, with hybrid working available. It is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week on a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover).
