IT Support (MSP)

Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• IT support experience in an MSP
• Willingness to commute to our office in Bournemouth

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to our clients and resolve IT issues on-site
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, laptop, printer, and network connectivity problems
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, software, and IT equipment
• Maintain IT systems and networks, and help ensure our clients receive a reliable, efficient service
