IT Support Specialist

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years IT experience; the listed key experience specifies a minimum of 4 years providing high-level 1st and 2nd line support
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Intune and Exchange Online
• Solid understanding of networking, including firewalls, switching and Wi-Fi
• Experience working within or alongside an MSP
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with colleagues at all levels
• Exposure to firewall platforms such as Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto or Sophos
• NetSuite exposure is advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive onsite 1st and 2nd line support to users
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network collaboration issues
• Support meeting room setup and AV equipment
• Oversee onboarding processes for new staff
• Support endpoint management using Intune or other MDM platforms
• Provide internal support before escalating issues to our external MSP when required
• Look for opportunities to improve internal processes
• Work on small to medium-sized internal projects as required
