Your Impact
As an IT Support Technician, you will help deliver a secure, reliable, and modern technology experience for employees across Accelevation. You will support the devices, applications, collaboration tools, and workplace technologies employees rely on every day while helping ensure endpoints remain secure, compliant, and productive.
This is an early-career technology role with hands-on exposure to endpoint management, Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, application deployment, collaboration technologies, and endpoint automation. You'll work across the employee technology lifecycle while building the technical foundation to grow within Accelevation's IT organization.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support administration and day-to-day operations of Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management platforms
- Provision and configure Windows 11 devices using established deployment standards and procedures
- Assist with application packaging, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
- Apply and monitor endpoint security baselines, configuration standards, and compliance policies
- Monitor endpoint health and compliance and troubleshoot or escalate exceptions as appropriate
- Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, conference rooms, and related workplace technologies
- Provide end-user support for Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other collaboration and productivity services
- Support hardware lifecycle activities including device provisioning, deployment, replacement, recovery, and inventory management
- Assist with endpoint automation and self-service initiatives that improve the employee technology experience
- Troubleshoot endpoint hardware, software, configuration, and connectivity issues
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, endpoint standards, and standard operating procedures
- Partner with other IT teams to resolve issues and continuously improve end-user technology services
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in end-user computing, desktop support, endpoint administration, IT support, or a related area
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune or a similar endpoint management platform
- Working knowledge of Windows 11 configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Experience installing, testing, supporting, or deploying business applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at varying levels of technical expertise
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow established technology, security, and documentation standards
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a collaborative IT team
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification
- Microsoft Modern Desktop or related Microsoft endpoint certification

Physical Demands and Work Environment
This position is primarily performed in an office environment with regular movement throughout company workspaces to support employees, devices, conference rooms, and workplace technologies. Occasional access to manufacturing or production areas may be required to provide technology support.
Physical requirements include prolonged periods of computer work as well as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and frequent use of hands while configuring and troubleshooting technology equipment. Employees may occasionally lift, carry, install, or relocate computers, monitors, peripherals, and other IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
The work environment generally has moderate noise levels. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required when entering designated manufacturing or production areas. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
