Previous experience in an IT support/helpdesk or technical support role, ideally within an MSP or customer-focused IT environment.

Good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software and networking.

Practical experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, servers, printers and network connectivity.
