We are looking for a Systems Administrator who wants to be the person who helps keep that engine running.

This is an opportunity to do more than maintain servers. You will own the systems that our teams and customers rely on, sharpen how we run them, and help our Support Desk grow stronger along the way. You will be a go-to technical expert in a collaborative IT team where your work is noticed, your judgment is trusted, and your ideas are welcome.

Your Mandate

Our customers depend on us to deliver reliably, and our employees depend on systems that simply work. Secure, well-maintained infrastructure is essential to that trust. Keeping it that way is a nonnegotiable part of this role - but it is not the limit of the role.

Your mandate is to be the steady hand behind TPI’s servers, operating systems, and Line of Business Applications - keeping them secure, cost-effective, and performing at their best while providing real value to our customers.

You will manage our physical and virtual server environment, Active Directory and Entra, and our hybrid Office 365 mail services, while working side by side with our Support Technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues reported to the Helpdesk.
