IT Systems Support Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 42,000 per year

Requirements:

• Commercial experience in IT support or systems administration
• Experience supporting Microsoft environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
• Interest in developing systems administration and cloud infrastructure knowledge
• Comfortable supporting internal users and external customers
• Located within commuting distance of Godalming

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to users across the business
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, and user administration
• Assist with cloud and hybrid infrastructure
• Troubleshoot software and technical issues with our products for customers and distributors
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune as part of a small team
